Mr Amalan Gnanasegaran - CEO/Business Process Consultant

Amalan is the CEO of Alsys MSC Sdn Bhd. Amalan has worked on a wide range of assignments for clients in private and public sectors. Amalan specialises in developing, planning and managing projects, reviewing and monitoring project performance and change management and communication programs.


He has worked extensively on a variety of different information technology engagements, across a broad range of industries. Amalan has had more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology project management, business process analysis, systems analysis and design, technical support, and maintenance.


Amalan is a proficient, experienced project manager with extensive experience in the full life cycle of application development and package implementations. He has extensive knowledge in quality processes and was involved in CMM process area championing and assessment in Motorola. Amalan was also a business development engineer at IRIS Technologies and was responsible for developing technical solutions and business development for the smart card industry.


Amalan has an excellent understanding of the workings of public entities and structures, and in charge of numerous projects for which we were responsible for all aspects of project management for Mimos Berhad, Motorola, Putra Jaya Holdings, Compumed, JPN etc.

Dr Vish Ramakonar - CTO/Analyst & CRM Consultant

Dr Vish is a CRM consultant who is passionate about the latest in CRM trends. She leads the R&D division for CRM in Alsys MSC Sdn Bhd and is working on taking CRM systems to the next generation. Dr Vish has also built up collaborative networks with experts in CRM related areas such as data mining, sentiment analysis and semantic technology from Curtin University Australia and Nottingham University Malaysia.


She has recently successfully completed an R&D project funded by MOSTI to add an advanced data mining component to Alsys' CRM system. Dr Vish received a PhD in Computer/Communications Engineering from ECU Australia 10 years ago. Since then she has worked in the design and consulting areas of CRM system.


Dr Vish is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and assists companies who want to implement CRM in streamlining business processes and tailoring the CRM tool for their needs. She is currently interested in Social CRM and augmenting traditional CRM tools with Social Media to allow companies to collaborate with their customers and provide them with a better service
